Team mission

Bridging the gap between data and understanding

Our

Story

Well was created to solve a common problem: making sense of how we’re actually doing — beyond vague feelings or raw numbers.

Many mental health tools either rely on unstructured journaling or present isolated metrics that are hard to interpret over time. We saw the need for something in between: a way to track, interpret, and understand mental and physical states in a clearer, more meaningful way.

Well brings together validated self-report methods, long-term tracking principles, and modern data analysis to help people see patterns, changes, and context — not just data points.

This isn’t about control or optimization. It’s about clarity.

Our

Approach

Well is inspired by established approaches in psychology and behavioral science, including experience sampling (EMA), affect tracking (PANAS), perceived stress research (PSS), and linguistic pattern analysis (LIWC).

Rather than replicating clinical tests, Well adapts these principles into a lightweight, longitudinal study focused on personal patterns and self-awareness. Structured check-ins, passive health signals, and AI-assisted analysis work together to surface meaningful trends and deviations over time.

AI in Well does not diagnose or replace professionals. It helps organize complexity and translate data into insights that are easier to understand and reflect on.

Our

Mission

Our mission is to help people understand themselves better — and navigate life’s challenges with more awareness and confidence.

We believe mental health tools should be grounded, human, and genuinely useful. Well exists to bridge the gap between data and understanding.
